Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will give you full authority over your e-mail boxes and e-mail newsletters. With this user-friendly interface, you can set up a new email mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can redirect e-mails from one e-mail box to another, finetune email filters, set up auto-reply messages and defend your email boxes against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mailboxes against junk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for emails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming mails on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Just select the e-mailbox account you would like to forward electronic mail messages from, then select the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the email client of your choice to access your electronic mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you want to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
